MULTIPLE
NOZZLE COMBINATION
Standard equipment is equipped with
three different size nozzles. Change the size of the
nozzle according to the thickness of the fabric. Select the most
suitable water flow system according to property of each fabric
i.e. LOS or JFS.
Pure Overflow System will ensure excellent
dyeing result for fabric such as 100% Cotton, Viscose Rayon,
Spandex (lycra), Polyster, PC etc.
PLAITING
SYSTEM
It can arrange the fabric left to right orderly
into the fabric tank. Fully utilize the available space and
avoid tangling.
FABRIC/WATER SPLITTING
SYSTEM
Similar to "By-Pass" special design, seperate the
fabric, the fabric and the water at the end of the delivery tube.
This can avoid the fabric being messed up by the dye liquor. It will
also avoid the fabric overcrowd situation and folding
mark.
FOAM COLLECTION AREA
During dyeing
process, the foam will be collected in the foam collector. Seperates
the fabric from
the foam and avoid fabric floating, tangling and
pollution problems.
"O" TYPE DESIGN
Low liquor
ratio 1 :5-7 save space and energy.
SHORT HEIGHT
ELEVATION AND LOW TENSION
The distance from the fabric
tank to the reel is very low, this will reduce the pulling
tension
on the fabric after absorbing the water it will
effectively help for the fabric width and the shrinkage
control.
