The SC-2060 model compactor is designed keeping in view the day to day problems faced by knitting indus-try in finishing the circular knitted fabric.

FEATURES :

  • CONTROLS SHRINKAGE
    The fabric is compacted in compaction zone by adjustable teflon device to achieve the required shrinkage level.

  • STRETCHER
    The adjustable strecther spreads the fabric at entry point in required width i.e. From 10" -52".

  • FINISHING
    The steamheated steel rollers fitted with Numex felt gives  wrinkle free finish to the fabric.

  • SUCTION DEVICE
    Suction device cools the fabric after compaction.

  • OTHER PROMINENT FEATURES :

  • One touch control panel fitted with AC inverters helps in easy operation of the machine.

  • The machine is fitted with two steam chambers. The first one is fitted with an  adjustable frame to avoid rope for-mation in the fabric & to add little moisture in the fabric. The second steam chamber is before the 
    compaction zone which not only helps in 
    removing wrinkles in the fabrics but also in 
    giving lusture to the fabric.

  • All moveable parts like bearing, chain drives & gear boxes requires very nominal maintaineance and are easily replaceable which not only saves time but also does not hamper the production.
